Inlet comes preconfigured for Semi-Auto usage and can be converted to fully automatic type. The semi automatic design works with the switched Vacuflo 2-prong low-volt hose (often called a turbo-grip). The semi-auto feature allows the switch on the hose to control the vacuum operation. Removing the pink mylar strip from the back of the inlet converts it to a fully automatic type system that is activated when the inlet door is opened and runs until the inlet door is closed.

If you would like to convert your existing Vacuflo Style 4-bolt inlet to the industry standard 1.5" 2-bolt style you can use the HP7642-NV Valve Adapter Kit and a standard inlet valve of your choice. If you would like to use an electric powerbrush with your existing Vacuflo style inlets the new HP8762-G Vacuflo adapted electric hose is available both ala-carte and in some Vacdepot attachment kits.
