New policy from Electrolux (manufacturers of Beam Vacuums) requires Beam brand vacuums be purchased from your local Beam dealer which can be located at www.beamvac.com. Customers in the local DFW area can purchase direct from Vacdepot. Beam authorized dealers are only able to ship up to 100 miles from their place of business. Beam vacuums purchased from other than your local dealer are sold as-is and do not include the manufacturers warranty or support.
